Fanatics launches online sports betting and casinos in Michigan

Players in Michigan now have access to both fanatical sportsbooks and mad casinos. Online casino offerings are built into the sportsbook app.

Fanatics Sportsbook, which replaces Michigan's pointbe brand. Usernames, passwords, account balances, reward points, accountability game settings, and more from existing pointbe customers are automatically moved to the panatics platform.

FBG is phasing out the PointBet brand across the U.S. after acquiring PointBet US in August 2023.

Michigan is the 13th state where FBG launched the Fanatics Sportsbook. FBG also lives in Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. Michigan is also the only third state where FBG launched an online casino service. Fans' casinos are also active in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

FBG is still in the process of phasing out PointBet in other states. The operator has not set a timeline for when additional acquisitions and subsequent releases are expected to be completed.
